Hatha Yoga: Body Opening Sequence

A Hatha yoga class focused on opening the body, especially the hips and awakening the spine through steady, mindful movement and longer holds. Expect a practice that is grounding and a little challenging, with space to build strength, mobility, and awareness from the inside out.
We’ll close with pranayama to calm and balance the breath, followed by a short meditation to integrate the practice.
Afterwards, tea and snacks will be served for a relaxed moment to unwind and share time together.
