Baraza of Beings is a series of 4 experimental workshops exploring the connections between humans, animals, plants, technology and the landscape through art, movement and conversation.
By imagining the world through non-human perspectives, we open space to rethink how we live with each other and the ecosystems around us.
Guided by Ecstatic Dance DJ Shayur we’ll explore sound, movement and imagination to step into perspectives of other beings, perhaps an ancestor, a tree or a river. Then we’ll gather in a Baraza, a council of beings, to hear all the beings’ voices and perspectives on how we can live better together.
No dance or creative experience needed. Just bring your curiosity.
