We’ll begin with a grounding smudging ritual\, then move into intentional herbal infusions and gentle sensory practices designed to soothe the body\, awaken the senses\, and stir memory. \nThe plants used in herbal infusions are thoughtfully chosen and sourced from specific places\, with preparation methods inspired by traditional practices. \nYou’ll be introduced to the preparation & intentions behind these practices\, offering a chance to learn\, participate\, and connect with the natural world through gentle\, hands-on practice. \nBring seasonal fruit or nuts to share & a shuka /something warm.      \nLimited Spots Available\, Kindly send a deposit of KES 1\,500 to +254 700 620 322 (Rita)  to reserve a spot.  \nWe ask for a KES 1\,500-2\,000 contribution to the project.
