DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Conscious Kenya Social\, Whether you’re deep in your wellness journey or just beginning to explore conscious living\, this gathering is your chance to connect\, discover\, and be inspired. \nCome meet a wholesome community of like-hearted individuals passionate about mindfulness\, holistic health\, and intentional living. Enjoy wellness experiences like a Kalimba circle\, Tibetan rites\, community brainstorm\, games and more. \nEach CK Social will have a different line-up. This first one is special: \n11am: Tibetan rites with Revata \n12pm: Set up communal food (bring something to share) & Ancestral blessing  \n12:30pm: Potluck picnic (don’t be late or you’ll miss the food!) \n2pm: Kalimba circle with the all turn natives / Kids  activities  (bring your kalimba if you have one) \n3:30pm: CK community powwow (bring all your ideas and proposals for the future of our community) \n4:45pm: Games with Shami! let’s play! adult-friendly 😉 \n5:30pm: Ecstatic dance with Shayur \nThe community powwow is your chance to get involved in the direction of the Conscious Kenya movement – so bring your ideas and proposals! \nFor the therapists and vendors\, bring your business cards\, we’ll do a lucky dip for everyone who attends to find a different conscious business. \nIn the spirit of connection\, we’re hosting a community potluck! Let us know what you’ll be bringing when you RSVP.
