UNWIND – Yoga for the Body& Mind

Join us for a calming Hatha yoga class designed to help you slow down, stretch, and reconnect with your body.
We will move through a series of steady, mindful postures that challenge the body without creating strain. Afterwards, we will continue with simple breathing exercises (pranayama) and guided meditation.
All are welcome.
After the session, you are invited to stay and enjoy herbal infusions and fresh fruit in the garden to connect and absorb the effects of the practice.
