Join us for a unique collaboration between movement and medicine.
We will begin with an activating vinyasa yoga session, focusing on breath and movement to release physical tension and wind down with a grounding yin yoga meditation.
Guided by our resident psychiatrist, we’ll explore the neurobiology of stress, the power of somatic healing, and practical tools to build mental resilience.
