Queer Liberation Through Mutual Aid.

Join us for a reading and discussion exploring how building solidarity, especially when it centres poor & marginalised queer people, can be a powerful path to collective liberation.

We’ll dive into themes of mutual aid, anti-imperialism & queerness beyond legal frameworks, as we reflect on abolition as a method of imagining and creating freer futures for us all. Come ready to listen, share & dream together, all are welcome.

After the conversation, we’ll flow into a Queer Community Potluck so feel free to bring a snack or drink to share.

This gathering is also a mutual aid fundraiser for the Trans & Queer Fund KE, which provides urgent support and resources to Trans and Queer Kenyans in need. Any contributions from this experience will go directly toward the fund.
