Mindful Mondays Special: Embracing the Holidays through the Five Elements.

The holidays can stretch different parts of us—our energy, our emotions, our boundaries. This mindfulness evening uses the virtues of the 5 Elements to help us develop self care & support throughout the holiday season with Ketan Ram and Elizabeth Whelan.
We’ll explore simple grounding practices, gentle Qi Gong, guided meditation, and reflection exercises that soften tension and bring clarity & nourishment to guide us into gatherings, travel, and family time.
For those who wish, a few acupuncture points will be offered to support deeper restoration.
All are welcome. Bring a blanket, bug repellent, eye mask, paper & pen, bolster and dress comfy (warm)
