This experience will include mindfulness, partner work, eye-gazing, and a drum circle, to ground within, truly see each other, and create a group vibration of harmony to connect beyond to universal consciousness.
All bringing ourselves back to who we really are.
This is a communal potluck lunch, so come with something to share.
