We invite you to return to your true self as we release stress, ease suffering, and awaken the peace, strength, and creativity within with Regina Eriesa.
Together, we’ll explore who you are beyond body and mind, uncover the roots of suffering and how to move beyond it, and shift from survival into creation. Leave with a sense of inner peace, lightness, clarity, empowerment, and practical tools to support you through stress and anxiety.
All are welcome. Bring Snacks and Fruits to share.
